Who we are

Information we process

We process account and contact details, company information, project details, Applications for Payment, retention information, billing status, essential email-delivery records and technical security logs needed to operate ValuationFlow.

Why we use your information

We process information to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, generate documents, send essential account and payment reminders, administer subscriptions, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases may include performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

Service providers

We use specialist providers for hosting and databases, payment processing, email delivery and business communications. These providers process only the information needed to provide their services to us. Current providers may include Railway, Stripe, Resend and Google Workspace.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

How long we keep information

Account and project information is normally kept while an account is active. After account closure or deletion, we remove or anonymise service data unless limited information must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the use of personal data, and to receive certain data in a portable format. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Security

We use technical and organisational safeguards including encrypted connections, password hashing, access controls, rate limiting, restricted administrative access and security logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
